Solum 52 – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Solum 52, we stand behind the quality of our sportswear and want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we make returns and exchanges quick and hassle-free.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).
✅ Proof of purchase is provided.
✅ The item is not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., socks for hygiene reasons, customized products).

2. How to Initiate a Return

📦 Step 2: We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
🚚 Step 3: Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
💰 Step 4: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 15 business days.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
• If a discount or promo code was applied, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

4. Exchanges

• Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges on eligible items!
• If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect item! Please contact us at info@solum52.com within 14 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

7. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned. Additionally, final sale items, gift cards, and customized products are non-refundable.
