  • Shipping Time: Delivery estimates vary based on location and selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to United Kingdom, America, Australia & Canada. If your location is not listed, please contact us for assistance.

International Orders

  • Customers outside United Kingdom may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees, which are not included in our prices.
  • Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs processing delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website.

4. Shipping Issues & Delays

  • Solum 52 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify shipping details.

7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
